Worst Wijncafé
Sausage and natural wine as a life philosophy — a tiny Zeeheldenbuurt counter where the chef cooks at your elbow.

The name means "sausage" and that's the menu's spine: house-made charcuterie and changing sausages — fennel, weisswurst, whatever the kitchen cured — paired with an unpretentious natural wine list, served across a counter small enough that the chef narrates your dinner. Sister to the neighbouring Marius, it's the Zeeheldenbuurt in miniature: unglamorous address, serious craft, zero fuss. Seats are few; come early or accept the wait as part of the format.
