Our editorial base sits a short walk from Amsterdam Centraal, on the east edge of the canal belt where Centrum tips into Amsterdam-Oost. The nearest tram stops are Nieuwmarkt (Metro 51/53/54) and Waterlooplein; on foot it's roughly 12 minutes from Centraal along the Geldersekade.

The PO box is the right address for press kits, review copies and physical mail — please don't send perishables, fresh flowers or anything time-sensitive, since post is collected twice a week. For in-person meetings we use cafés in Nieuwmarkt and the Eastern Docklands; ask in your email and we'll suggest a spot near you.

• Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 CET. Replies usually within a few hours during these windows.
• Weekends: we monitor corrections only; everything else waits until Monday.
• Closed: Dutch public holidays and the last week of December.

We post most days on Instagram, less often on X. DMs are open for tips, closed for PR pitches — please email those instead so the right editor sees them.
