What After Dark covers
The Red Light District, coffeeshops, strip clubs, licensed erotic massage parlours and escort services. All of it is legal in Amsterdam under Dutch law. We write about it because pretending it doesn't exist would be dishonest about the city.

You must be 18 or older to view the After Dark section. We store a 30-day cookie to remember your confirmation. You can clear it any time in your browser settings.
Search engines
After Dark pages can appear in search results, like the rest of the site. Opening one still shows the 18+ check first, and nothing explicit is ever shown.
Reporting concerns
