Bolenius cooks what it grows: the kitchen garden supplies a vegetable-forward menu that carries both a Michelin star and a Green Star for sustainability, with vegetarian menus that get equal billing to the seafood and meat. The room is serene and minimal, the executive lunch is one of the city's smartest fine-dining entry points, and summer adds a garden-side terrace. Recently relocated to the Rembrandtpark edge — a reason in itself to leave the centre. Closed Sunday–Tuesday; book lunch if the budget matters, dinner if the occasion does.
