R&R hands you a card, points you at walls of self-pour taps — more than a hundred wines from every corner of the map — and lets you build your own tasting in 25ml sips or full glasses. It's interactive without being a gimmick: the write-ups on each tap are genuinely helpful, the tapas hold their own, and half-measures mean you can roam widely without roaming financially (though watch the card — small pours add up faster than they look). The original Van Woustraat branch remains the one to visit.
