Sojubar

Sojubar set the standard for Korean fried chicken in Amsterdam and defends it nightly on the Ferdinand Bolstraat: honey-butter, soy-garlic and a super-spicy that should be taken at its word, alongside kimbap, tteok skewers and snow beer. The room hums like a Seoul chicken-and-beer joint — busy, quick, cheerful — and the soju cocktails lean sweet and dangerous. Friday and Saturday nights queue; go early or midweek. There's a second branch at Leidseplein for post-nightlife emergencies.
