KAIA
Contemporary Greek fine dining by the RAI — fig-butter bread, refined sharing plates and a stunning room, at Zuid prices.

KAIA takes Greek cooking upmarket without losing its accent: warm breads with fig butter that even Greek guests rave about, crisp-skinned sea bass, ribs stifado, oregano-mayo chips on the side. The room is glamorous — one of the best-looking new interiors in Zuid — and the crowd matches. Two things to know going in: much of the menu is designed for sharing (portions per couple, not per head), and the bill sits firmly at the top of the Greek market. As a pre-RAI dinner or an occasion address, it delivers. Closed Sundays.
