Massalia mixes two Mediterranean bloodlines — Greek soul, French technique — into a compact restobar across the square from Wijnbar Clos. Bright oysters, crisp zucchini fritters, melting salami and a côte de bœuf built for two headline a menu made for grazing long into the evening; the dim lighting and tight tables do the rest. It's cosier than it is roomy, so book and travel light on coats. Together with its Beukenplein neighbours it makes a strong case that this square is Oost's best eating corner.
