A stall, not a restaurant — and one of the best Mexican bites in the city regardless. Salsadogs' birria tacos come griddled and dripping, with a rich consommé for dipping that most customers end up drinking straight; the salsa bar (free guacamole included) lets you tune the heat, and the Mexican-style hot dogs have earned a parallel fan base.
